Your order:


An order confirmation email will be sent to your inbox after processing your order.

- please contact us if you do not receive confirmation email.


Once your order is processed you may not alter or cancel it (change of address inclusive) without contacting TRIPPE and receiving written consent. Orders cannot be altered or cancelled once we have placed your order with our supplier.

Domestic Shipping:


Specific shipping arrangements may differ according to your order. We will arrange the best value shipping arrangements for you (e.g. Australia Post service or commercial courier service), depending on the destination, size and weight of your order and other factors. 


NSW:    Collect your order from our address in Central Coast or you can also pick up your order at Agility Trials. 


Interstate:   All deliveries will be sent from Central Coast 2250, NSW.  We will confirm the details of your shipping arrangements, including shipping cost, after your order is confirmed. The most economical way to ship goods is to bundle an order with your friends and send it to one address.

How to pay:


Australian and New Zealand customers:  Bank transfer, PayPal, Credit card

Japanese customers: Credit card or PayPal. (Visa or Master card)

Paypal (2.6%+$0.30)  or Credit card (1.8%+$0.30) International bank card(3.6%+$0.30) will incur as surcharge.

Faulty / Incorrect Items:


In the event that the item you receive is faulty or the wrong item is sent to you, please contact us with details and photos (if possible) of the issue within 7 days. We will either arrange for the goods to be exchanged, or for a full refund (at our option).


We will comply with and respect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.


Returns & Cancellations:


If your goods are exchanged due to fault, we will pay for shipping costs for returning the faulty goods and sending you a replacement.


Please return goods to us within 7 days from received date in their original condition and packaging.  When you return goods to us, we will pay the return postage if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

Changed your mind:

Refunds are not normally provided where you simply change Your mind, makes a wrong selection or find the Goods cheaper somewhere else. If you want to return goods within 7 days from received date, you must pay for the return shipping fee. 


Should you want to cancel your order before shipping, please call +0425-771-492 or email as soon as possible. We will cancel your order if we receive your request before we have ordered the goods from our supplier.

No refunds will be given for floor stock and sale items, and we suggest that you inspect the Goods on the day of purchase and accept the quality and condition of floor stock. You agree to pay a minimum cancellation fee of 30% of Your order if You cancel your order.

If you cancel Your order after the manufacture of the Goods has commenced, You must pay a cancellation fee of 30% of Your order.


We reserve the right to increase the price due to exchange rate, increases in materials, freight, and manufacture with respect to the Goods.
