Once your order is processed you may not alter or cancel it (change of address inclusive) without contacting TRIPPE and receiving written consent. Orders cannot be altered or cancelled once we have placed your order with our supplier.
Specific shipping arrangements may differ according to your order. We will arrange the best value shipping arrangements for you (e.g. Australia Post service or commercial courier service), depending on the destination, size and weight of your order and other factors.
Victoria: Collect your order from our address. You can also pick up your order at Agility Trials, Small delivery fee will be charged for tunnels.
Interstate: All deliveries will be sent from Melbourne. We will confirm the details of your shipping arrangements, including shipping cost, after your order is confirmed. The most economical way to ship goods is to bundle an order with your friends and send it to one address.
How to pay:
Australian and New Zealand customers: Bank transfer.
You can also pay by Paypal or credit card, but that will incur a small percentage fee.
Faulty / Incorrect Items:
In the event that the item you receive is faulty or the wrong item is sent to you, please contact us with details and photos (if possible) of the issue within 7 days. We will either arrange for the goods to be exchanged, or for a full refund (at our option).
We will comply with and respect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Returns & Cancellations:
If your goods are exchanged due to fault, we will pay for shipping costs for returning the faulty goods and sending you a replacement.
Please return goods to us in their original condition and packaging. When you return goods to us, we will pay the return postage if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
Should you want to cancel your order before shipping, please call +0425-771-492 or email as soon as possible. We will cancel your order if we receive your request before we have ordered the goods from our supplier.
